Bulik Bakery Inc. was established by Ignacy Bulik in Warsaw, Poland in 1912. The bakery was operational through two world wars and many trials and tribulations that Europe went through. It has always been and still is a family business. In 1995 the grandson and the great-grandson of Ignacy Bulik opened their bakery in Toronto, Ontario.
Because baking yeast free, hand made breads is a very time consuming process, we bake a very limited variety of baked goods. We mainly concentrate on all natural, organic, naturally leavened, whole grain rye and wheat breads. We have four genarations of experience and passion for baking only the most natural and healthy products that not only are good for you but also taste great.
